About Us
Lets See Italy is one of the fastest-growing tour operators in Rome.
We are now entering our next phase of growth — scaling our full tour portfolio (food tours, cooking classes, night tours, and more) while elevating customer experience, guide performance, and global distribution.
The Role
We are looking for a Head of Revenue & Experience to take ownership of our tour performance end-to-end. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on filling tours, improving customer experience, and driving revenue growth across all products — not just our flagship tours.
You will work directly with the Founder and Gereral Manager and have full visibility into the business, with the autonomy to build systems, improve performance, and scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Tour Performance
- Own weekly/monthly revenue targets across all tours
- Increase fill rates for underperforming tours (food tours, cooking classes, night tours)
- Optimize pricing, packaging, and scheduling
OTA & Distribution Management
- Manage and optimize listings on platforms like GetYourGuide, Viator, and Airbnb Experiences
- Improve ranking, conversion rates, and visibility
- Analyze performance data and implement growth strategies
Customer Experience & Reviews
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across all platforms
- Identify trends and implement improvements to increase ratings and satisfaction
- Maintain a consistent 5-star experience standard
Guide Performance Management
- Evaluate and manage tour guides based on reviews and performance metrics
- Implement training, feedback systems, and performance standards
- Ensure consistency in delivery and upselling opportunities
Sales & Partnerships
- Manage inbound inquiries from hotels, travel agents, and partners
- Build and grow B2B relationships and partnerships
- Develop influencer and collaboration outreach strategies
Conversion & Cross-Selling
- Improve website and post-booking upsell flows
