How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables, using standard project management methodologies.
- Organize and lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress to meet milestones.
- Sserve as the primary contact for customers,
managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project.
- You lead negotiations with customers and vendors, integrating their tasks and reviewing deliverables for quality and contractual compliance.
- Establish and control project budgets, oversee procurement, manage invoicing, and present financial reports to management.
What You Bring
- 5-8+ years of experience managing large or complex projects in an industrial or B2B systems environment.
- You are recognized for your expertise in project management principles and practices, with advanced skills in scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and customer relationship management skills.
- You have advanced Italian and English proficiency and are comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Occasional travel may be required to customer sites and internal meetings.
