What awaits you:
- You check the call orders for compliance with deadlines and quantity specifications and carry out the corresponding contract allocation as well as the documentation in SAP.
- Simultaneously you monitor delivery dates (both from the purchase and sales side)
and create/monitor purchase and sales confirmations.
- You place customer order in SAP system and coordinate it with warehouse and prepare the necessary documents.
- Together with your colleagues in Sales, you coordinate communication with customers.
- Provides administrative and operational support to the sales department, ensuring accurate order management and smooth internal coordination.
What we expect:
- An apprenticeship in the logistics field or comparable qualification
- Very high customer orientation and communication skills
- Proactive and adaptable individual, able to work flexibly and handle changing priorities with ease
- Entrepreneurial way of thinking and behaving
- Hands-on mentality and a structured way of working
- Experienced in using MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP or related ERP systems
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English
