Position: E-commerce Operation Intern
Job location: Milan
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support the daily operations of HONOR Mall and other e-commerce activities in Italy. You will be involved in order processing, product information management, sales and traffic data analysis, and various operational tasks.

This is a hands-on role that provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, and online retail business. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, analytical, and willing to learn. You should be comfortable working with large amounts of data and be able to turn operational information into clear and actionable insights.
WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
- Handle daily order-related operations for HONOR Mall, including order checking, processing, tracking and exception handling.
- Coordinate with internal teams and relevant partners to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Monitor order status and identify potential operational issues.
- Assist with after-sales and other order-related operational tasks when required
- Collect, organize and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and traffic data. Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
