We’re increasing our SalesTeam and we're looking for Key Account Manager (M/F/D) to support and develop our business in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new opportunities in the market aligned with company objectives;
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers, ensuring retention and business expansion;
- Collaborate closely with internal team to ensure best product for each customer application;
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and commercial terms;
- Coordinate tests to approve Colquimica Adhesives;
- Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and periodic reports;
- Track trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Economics,
Chemical Engineering, or similar field;
- Minimum 5 years in B2B commercial roles in adhesive industry;
- Fluent in English (mandatory) other languages are a plus;
- Knowledge of industrial processes and adhesive applications;
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.
