The role
We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our Isola campus in Milan. Your mission will be to create a dynamic, welcoming, and engaging environment, helping bring the Talent Garden experience to life every day.
This role combines community management, operations, and hospitality: you will be a daily point of reference for members, guests, and visitors, ensuring the campus is not only well-organized, but also vibrant,
curated, and able to generate meaningful connections and opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience in every daily interaction
- Oversee the hospitality side of the campus, maintaining high standards across common areas, meeting rooms, reception, and member services
- Ensure the campus consistently reflects the Talent Garden experience: dynamic, inclusive, well-organized, and community-driven
- Curate the day-to-day experience within the campus, helping create an environment that feels welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented
- Build and nurture relationships with community members, facilitating connections, collaborations, and opportunities within the Talent Garden ecosystem
