TikTok Shop is an integrated marketplace within TikTok that connects online sellers, buyers and creators to provide a seamless shopping experience. The Beauty team partners with brands, building tailored business development, data‑driven strategy, and creator‑led marketing within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. As a project intern, you will contribute to impactful short‑term projects, gaining practical skills in a fast‑paced work environment and exploring your career interests.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will support strategic initiatives and category growth across multiple areas:

- Data analysis and performance tracking: conduct in‑depth data analysis to generate actionable insights for operations growth; monitor and evaluate key initiatives such as seller missions, live shopping sessions, and advertising revenue to support merchant success and platform objectives.
- Affiliate and creator engagement:
manage affiliate projects for creator events, campaign execution, and product matchmaking; assist in design and execution of affiliate campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
- Category and product development: collaborate with the AM team to identify emerging hero products and help them achieve viral success. xysqume
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data interpretation skills
- Fast learner with ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and set priorities, multitask, and work independently
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong sense of accountability

Commitment
