Join our dynamic Gas Services Sales Operations team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring business continuity across the Nordics, Western, and South West Europe sub-region. You will lead the charge in Bid and Proposal Management, Contract Administration and Negotiation, and Sales Operations Support, ensuring a seamless pre-sales and contracting lifecycle. Imagine developing compelling proposals and negotiating contracts that align with our business objectives while leveraging your analytical skills and technical writing expertise. Your contributions will directly support our sales goals and drive data-based decision-making across the region, utilizing your knowledge of Power BI and interest in AI.
You will develop pre-sales contract strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
You will structure and prepare comprehensive proposals, bid documents, and responses to tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
You will negotiate contract terms and conditions with external customers, aligning them with our business objectives.
You will maintain accurate records of all bids, proposals, and contracts in the CRM system, analyzing key business metrics to support the sales team.
You will contribute to process improvement initiatives within the sales operations function, enhancing overall efficiency.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
You have proven experience in contract management, bid preparation, or a similar sales operations role, ideally at the P2 level.
You possess strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data analysis, particularly with Power BI and Salesforce.
You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment, demonstrating cultural awareness and teamwork.
You have approximately 2 years of experience in similar positions, showcasing your ability to work independently and manage complex tasks.
