Role Overview
The BWS Special Projects Unit oversees BWS’s long-standing projects while leading the development and pre-production of new show formats, emotional masterplanning, and attraction concepts. The Unit operates across multiple disciplines, including:
- Live events and ceremonies
- Ticketed shows, based on original IP
- Architecture and design of theatres and public spaces
- Temporary and permanent artistic installations and exhibitions
We nurture each project from its earliest conceptual stage, guiding it from an abstract opportunity into a fully realized production. Through a step-by-step process, we transform visionary ideas into tangible, impactful experiences.
The Senior Creative Producer plays a key role within the Creative Department, reporting to the Special Projects Business Unit Director and working closely with the Project Creative Leader.
