Role Overview

The Logistic Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of travel and accommodation arrangements for Balich Wonder Studio employees,



freelancers, and project teams across international productions and events.

Working closely with Project Teams and external travel providers, the Logistic Coordinator will ensure efficient and cost-effective management of travel logistics while maintaining a high level of service and compliance with company policies.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced international environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas, and travel documentation.
- Manage travel requests from internal teams and support project staffing mobility requirements.
- Liaise with travel agencies, suppliers, hotels, transportation providers, and other external vendors.
