Lead commercial growth across South Europe Volvo Penta is looking for a Head of Mobile Power Solutions South Europe – to lead our commercial organization and business agenda across Southern Europe. This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for Sales, Service Market, and Business Support across the region. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the regional strategy, driving profitable growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and developing a high-performing organization. You will lead the commercial business for Volvo Penta’s Mobile Power Solutions,
supporting customers across demanding industrial applications with a portfolio that includes on- and off-highway engines, axles, transmissions, and complete driveline systems. Our solutions serve a broad range of applications, including construction, material handling, agriculture, mining, and other industrial segments. The role combines strategic leadership, commercial execution, customer engagement, and organizational development, with a strong focus on creating long-term value for our customers and Volvo Penta.
