What will you do?
- Overseeing the entire testing strategies, process, from planning to execution. This role involves developing automated test capabilities, selecting tools, and defining processes for efficient and effective testing;
- Write software (C++, C, Python) for objective, reproducible and maintainable automated tests and development of tools for qualification and integration;
- Explore different solution approaches to achieve the best result;
- Design, implement and optimize chosen solutions;
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in an international, multidisciplinary, and Agile environment;
- Review code and mentor (junior) engineers;
- Share your expertise to elevate the team, quality, and processes;
- Advisor and sparring partner for customers and stakeholders and inspiring others to strive for quality .

What do you bring?
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or similar;
- At least 7 years of experience in software development with Python and C/C++ in the high-tech domain;
- Experience with software testing for complex embedded systems;
- Preferably experience with end-to-end test automation, continuous integration and setting up and maintaining ROBOT test framework;
- You are a team player, solution-oriented, and proactive;
- Motivation to continuously improve yourself and develop new skills;
- A good command of English, and preferably Dutch
