This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Partner Manager, Enterprise based in Italy.

This is a senior partnership role focused on building and expanding strategic relationships with enterprise digital agencies and technology partners. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value partners and help drive revenue, retention, adoption, and long-term growth. The role combines commercial strategy, relationship management, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while identifying new opportunities across existing accounts and partner ecosystems. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and executive teams to deliver mutual business outcomes. The environment is fully remote, international, and highly collaborative, with opportunities to represent the organization at major industry events. This role is ideal for an experienced partnership professional who enjoys autonomy, strategic ownership,



and building scalable partner programs.

Accountabilities
- Drive revenue through strategic partner channels, identifying and developing new commercial opportunities with digital agencies and enterprise partners.
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and enablement through retention, expansion, and renewal.
- Develop and execute high-impact partner strategies designed to improve retention, net revenue retention, adoption, and overall partner growth.
- Build trusted-advisor relationships with partner organizations, helping them strengthen their technology practices, deliver successful projects, and grow their businesses.
- Engage senior and executive stakeholders through strategic presentations, business reviews, training, enablement sessions, and targeted partner communications.
