We are looking for a Driver Operations Executive to support ground operations in Rome. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for the driver community, supporting onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations while contributing to service quality and operational improvements.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
- Own the day-to-day operations of the Rome Driver Office. Act as the face of the platform to execute onboarding, compliance checks, and advanced training protocols, ensuring a professional and trusted relationship with the taxi sector
- Leverage your close contact with the local reality and driver behaviors to identify product bugs, user interface friction, and operational bottlenecks. Map these real-world app usage patterns into actionable feedback for Product and Central Operations teams to improve the overall passenger and driver experience




- Monitor qualitative and quantitative field data to protect core marketplace KPIs. Implement immediate operational corrections when local supply health indicators deviate from targets
- Support service quality by ensuring operations align with company standards and guidelines
- Coordinate and run localized driver communications, operational updates, and supply-side promotions designed to stabilize active fleet density during peak hours and high-demand city events

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, fleet coordination, account management, or high-touch customer experience within a fast-moving marketplace or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to manage challenging situations professionally
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides, with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Fluent Italian is required due to regular inter
