This role involves hands-on technical work at solar farm installations, ensuring optimal performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic systems.Locations:We are recruiting for sites across Sicily, including (but not limited to):Ragusa & Surrounding Areas:
Modica, Vittoria, Comiso, Scicli, pozzaloCandidates must be based in Sicily (or willing to commute).Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning Install, commission, and test solar PV systems at utility-scale solar farmsConnect solar panels, inverters, and electrical components according to technical specificationsPerform system integration and grid connection proceduresConduct pre-commissioning inspections and quality checksMaintenance & Operations Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on solar installationsDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in PV systemsMonitor system performance and identify areas for optimizationReplace faulty components including panels, inverters, cables, and junction boxesSafety & Compliance Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-siteConduct risk assessments and implement safety protocolsEnsure compliance with Italian el
