Position - EHS Specialist
We are seeking for a passionate and driven person who, reporting to the HS Manager and working in the operational sites in full cooperation with the Plant Manager, manages all aspects and activities related to HSE Health Safety Environment.
What you will do
Taking on the role of EHS specialist and act as RSPP (Responsible of Prevention and Protection Service) at the operational sites, in compliance with Italian law, after an adequate induction period;
Identification,
management and control of all the law and regulations applicable requirements and according to the Group's corporate directives related to health, safety and environment;
Managing risk analysis and assessments on HSE matters, taking into account the specific kind of the business activities and the organization;
Drafting, defining, proposing, keeping updated and monitoring prevention, protection and improvement plans based on HSE risk assessments and/or sustainability projects;
Conducting internal inspections and audits in operational areas in order to ensure the management, monitoring and control of all HSE aspects, including operational aspects, in full collaboration with colleagues;
Reporting to the HS Manager and working with site management in order to propose, define, and implement suitable prevention and protection measures, improvement initiatives, and action plans to eliminate or reduce HSE risks, improving HSE performance, and promoting sustainable
