For our Global Headquarters inMilan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join ourGlobal Strategy, Business Development & M&A; team.You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:
- Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact
- Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes




- Assisting in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels, contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans
- Collaborating with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives
- Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects
- Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business
- Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations

You are the right person if you:
- Are a Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Have a strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments
- Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data
