As Senior Commercial Manager you will be responsible for leading the commercial development of strategic opportunities within the IET Industrial Power Generation business. The role owns the end-to-end proposal strategy, until the contract finalization, for complex and high-value projects, ensuring competitive, profitable, and customer-focused solutions. Working across sales, engineering, project execution, and finance teams, the successful candidate will drive bid strategy, commercial risk assessment, pricing governance, and proposal execution to maximize win rates and business profitability.
