As our next Sales Account Manager , you will drive the success of Agilent’s Chemistries & Supplies consumables portfolio , including GC and HPLC columns, sample preparation solutions, spectroscopy and laboratory supplies.
Generating existing and/or new sales across different accounts & industry on your designated territory
Developing accounts and maintaining positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers
Acting to understand customer needs and identifying solutions to non-standard tasks/queries to creates business opportunities
Promoting and selling products and/or solutions to current or new customers and informs customers of new product introductions
Determining and developing approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
Leading projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations
In this role you will be working remotely combined with travel to customer sites in across North Italy , especially in the Lombardian region (a company car will be available to you).
University degree in Chemistry (preferably Analytical Chemistry or Biochemistry) or another Life Sciences-related field.
Experience in sales to laboratory environments (preferably with a strong focus on the Pharma and Biopharma industries) and good knowledge of laboratory workflows
Good knowledge of analytical techniques such as chromatography, spectrometry and/or spectroscopy
Full proficiency in Italian and at least good level of English
