Quality Control Coordinator

For our Italian HQ based in Cinisello Balsamo (MI) we are seeking a proactive Quality Control Coordinator with skills/experience in managing co-ordinating of Quality Control activities and functions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a focal point for issuing test notifications to inspectors, agencies, and customers, ensuring they are submitted promptly and in exhaustive way.
- Timely scheduling and allocation of Agency Inspector / NoBo / QC Engineer attendance for specific quality control activities including pre-inspection meetings and stage & final inspection and testing.
- Maintain registers of notification of inspections across multiple projects with multiple vendors / sub-contractors
- Assembly / compilation of manufacturing record books / manufacturing data records (MDR) according to Approved Indexes
- Preparation of data to support Quality management reviews and report system improvements.
The Person:
Experienced in a Coordination / Administration within an Engineering / Manufacturing environment preferably in the Energy / Industrial Applications or similar industry.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Sharepoint
- Excellent communicator verbal and written (Italian and English)
- Excellent team player
- Resourceful, well organised, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated
- Confident and Assertive
- Experience of working in a fast paced heavy engineering or manufacturing environment
- Excellent accuracy and numeracy skills
- Ability use initiative and make decisions autonomously
- Experience of working in a ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) environment
- Can do attitude
