We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Sales Manager for Italy to lead and scale our B2B sales operations in one of our most promising markets. What to expect:
- Team Leadership & Development:Lead, coach, and support a high-performing sales team. Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture and provide clear direction and development opportunities. Ensure internal knowledge sharing by managing country-specific insights and keeping the team aligned through a structured knowledge base.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement the B2B sales strategy for the Italian market in line with regional objectives. Drive targeted initiatives to increase customer acquisition and revenue growth and lead the entire sales cycle, including presentations, contract negotiations, and closing deals at all levels of management.
- Pipeline & Performance Management:Monitor the sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure team performance is aligned with targets. Use CRM tools and data insights to track progress and improve conversion rates.
- Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building:Identify and close new business opportunities while managing and nurturing relationships with key customers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and ensure a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
