Job Overview

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Lead the existing team and add new team members
- Implement new incentives in collaboration with Aethos HQ
- Drive revenue and profitability with full P&L; responsibility
- Create a world-class guest experience
- Work and thrive to always innovate to improve the property’s performance
- Responsible for overall guest satisfaction
- Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner
- Organize and conduct department meetings on a regular basis

Core Competencies:
- Fluent in English & Italian is a must
- 3+ years of hospitality experience
- Capable of creating a passionate, friendly, and high thriving work environment
- Collaborative and communicates well to provide direction/delegation to efficiently accomplish tasks at hand
