Leading multinational company operating in the refractory materials industry is seeking a
Sales & Business Development Manager Waste to Energy
The role mission is to position the Company as the premier partner for Waste-to-Energy stakeholders, managing & developing the full commercial lifecycle from market intelligence through enquiries, to order generation and ultimately final delivery.
Areas of responsability include :
Strategic Market Development Deliver the regional strategy to ensure long-term profitability and a dominant market share in Italy.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build a robust network of installers, O&M; companies, and key decision-makers
Intelligence Gathering: Investigate and understand the Italian WtE market, identification of the main players, customers, competitors, product use and technologies.
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to refine the PCR strategy and identify "pain points" to be solved
Directly manage accounts and lead the end-to-end process for enquiries and tenders,
maximizing margin and volume in line with the budgeted targets.
Maintain a data-driven approach using Salesforce to track contacts, meeting reports, and market shifts, ensuring the organization has a 360-degree view of the Italian landscape.
Budgeting: Act as the regional expert for the ongoing planning & development of the sales budget, recommending strategy adjustments based on real-time market performance & intelligence from your market studies.
Support cash collection, claim Mgt and any concern related to accounts and our sales approach in his territory
Operational Synergies & Sourcing Work as the bridge between the customer and our Industrial Operations (Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, and Finance).
Collaborate with production plants in the UK, Germany, and India to optimize sourcing and ensure the most efficient delivery channels for your clients.
