Regional Sales Representative – Italy

AFM Parts is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Sales Representative to develop our business across Italy and the Balkan markets.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing existing accounts and expanding AFM Parts' customer network within the forklift spare parts industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage B2B customers across Italy and assigned Balkan markets
- Identify and acquire new customers, distributors and business partners
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Promote and sell forklift spare parts and related products
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
- Follow up on sales leads, customer inquiries and orders
- Identify new market and business development opportunities
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics and warehouse teams
- Monitor competitors, market developments and customer needs
- Achieve agreed regional sales targets
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Experience in forklift spare parts, material handling, automotive spare parts, industrial equipment or a related industry is highly preferred
- Strong business development and customer acquisition skills
- Ability to independently develop a regional sales territory
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent Italian
- Good command of English
- Comfortable using digital tools, internal systems and business applications
- Knowledge of an additional Balkan language is a strong advantage xbvzest
- Existing business contacts within Italy or the Balkans are highly valued
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region
