Tecnimont is looking for a Construction HSE Manager to join "Construction Operations" Function.
Key Responsabilities:
The Construction HSE Manager is appointed for major projects and in complex contractual environments such as Consortiums and Joint Ventures. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, he/she is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the Company's Health, Safety and Environment policies,
procedures and management systems at construction sites.
- To support and monitor the implementation of the Company HSE Policy and HSE Management System at site level.
- To perform Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) activities.
- To verify the adequacy and effective implementation of the Site HSE Plan and related procedures, promoting revisions whenever required.
- To ensure the maintenance and continuous update of HSE documentation throughout all construction phases.
- To monitor subcontractors' compliance with applicable HSE procedures, regulations and standards, promoting corrective actions whenever necessary.
- To organize, plan and participate in HSE inspections, audits and site walk-downs, ensuring the preparation of reports, action plans and timely follow-up of corrective actions.
