Job SummaryAtena School, a private language school in Calabria, Southern Italy, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Native or Native-Level English Teacher to join our team for the 2026/2027 academic year. We are a Trinity College London Registered Centre Registration No. 76150 and we also prepare students for Cambridge English examinations.

THE POSITIONWe are looking for a teacher with at least some previous teaching experience, who is passionate about working with children and teenagers and enjoys creating engaging, communicative and motivating lessons. The position involves teaching English language courses to young learners and teenagers, with students of different ages and levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker or native-level English proficiency
- A minimum of previous teaching experience is required
- Experience working with children and/or teenagers is highly desirable
- A degree in Humanities, Languages,
Education/Pedagogy or a related field is a plus
- Enthusiastic, patient, reliable and motivated
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills
- A genuine passion for teaching English and working with young learners
- Familiarity with Trinity and/or Cambridge English examinations is an advantage
CONTRACT & HOURS
- Tempo parziale position 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, mainly afternoon hours, in accordance with the applicable Italian CCNL.
- Start: Beginning of October 2026
- End: End of June 2027
ACCOMMODATIONWe can offer the possibility of renting a centrally located accommodation for approximately 400 per month + utilities. Accommodation is optional and is not a requirement of the position.
