- Manage customer requests post-acquisition processes, ensuring quality and results-oriented execution
- Carry out activities related to the Social Premio
- Support data collection for Authority investigations
- Handle customer complaints, requests, and inquiries in a back-office setting
- Manage core business activities, including On-Condition Updates, with full ownership
- Develop new processes and services on the Integrated Information System (SII)
- Perform analyses and KPI calculations to support internal functions and data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to compliance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

-
- Experience in distributors processes and customer management
- Familiarity with the regulations governing relationships with Acquirente Unico and DSO's
- 3–4 years of experience in the Energy sector or in consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced MS Office proficiency




- Familiarity with Salesforce and Power-BI
- Effective written and spoken English communication
- Growth-driven team-player approach, empathy, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
