- Currently studying or recently graduated a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Economics, Business, Computer Science, etc. (or similar)
- Scalability and automation hardwired in your DNA
- Ability to execute independently — no guidance needed
- Availability to work in-person at our Milan office
What you’ll do
- Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects
- Build and optimise internal processes and automations across Operations, Growth, and Strategy
- Deep-dive into xbvzest data to identify bottlenecks and solve them independently
- 6-month internship
- Salary plus premio aligned with market standards for startups
- Potential for full-time conversion based on demonstrated success
