Brand Ambassador & Customer Service
- Represent Missoni as a true Brand Ambassador, demonstrating pride,
passion and affinity for the Brand through a positive attitude, professional appearance and excellent customer approach
- Welcome and engage customers, creating a warm, genuine and personalized shopping experience
- Understand customers’ needs and expectations, providing attentive and knowledgeable advice throughout the sales journey
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers based on trust, care and empathy
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Missoni collections, products, craftsmanship and brand heritage in order to provide accurate and inspiring product recommendations
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective solutions and a high level of customer satisfaction
