Our Field Sales Talent Acquisition team sits at the heart of SumUp’s growth engine, responsible for building the sales force that brings SumUp’s tools into the hands of small businesses across Europe. We operate at pace and at scale, managing high-volume hiring funnels across multiple markets, working closely with sales leaders, sourcers, and trainers to hit ambitious onboarding targets every month. This role is a real opportunity to own a full recruitment funnel across a market that matters, with direct visibility into how your work translates into business impact.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment funnel for Field Sales across Italy, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
Conduct structured candidate screening calls and maintain a strong pipeline to consistently hit monthly onboarding targets
Review funnel data regularly to spot drop-off points and adjust sourcing or outreach strategies accordingly
Collaborate with sourcers and sales managers to align on territory needs, launch local campaigns,
and keep job ads fresh and visible across platforms
Share market insights and contribute to team knowledge-sharing to improve overall hiring performance
Experience managing high-volume recruitment end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced or sales-driven environment.
Comfortable working with ATS tools (such as Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms, with solid Boolean and outbound search skills.
Fluency in both English and Italian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
