Your key responsibilities
We’re building the outbound engine that will define how legal teams adopt AI at scale. As BDR Team Manager , you’ll lead and grow a team of BDRs focused on generating qualified pipeline for Mid‑Market/Enterprise, partnering tightly with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to land strategic accounts.
- Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline € , coverage, and conversion rates.
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs : weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/
