As Enterprise Systems Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, lifecycle management, and ongoing operation of business-critical enterprise applications at the manufacturing site level.
You will act as a key coordination point between site business users, Global IT and Application teams, ERP teams, Infrastructure, vendors, implementation partners, and support teams. You will also play a key role in the site's multi-year PMX decommissioning program, supporting the transition of material handling, warehouse,
and quality-related processes to SAP while ensuring reliable operation and continuity of existing enterprise applications.
Act as the main site-level IT coordination, support, and governance contact for assigned applications and related projects.
Build strong working relationships with Supply Chain, Quality, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Site IT, Global Application teams, ERP teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
Coordinate application lifecycle activities including requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, hypercare, support handover, upgrades, and steady-state operations.
Play a key role in the PMX decommissioning program, coordinating site activities related to the transition of material handling, warehouse, and quality processes to SAP.
