Our first‐ever Founder Associate will sit shoulder‐to‐shoulder with WeRoad's leadership on the stuff that actually moves the company: cross‐functional initiatives, strategic analysis, operational priorities,
and whatever it takes to keep a scaleup charging across 7 countries and landing in the US. The role is deliberately generalist: one week you're building the business case for a new market, the next you're digging into competitive intelligence or shaping a board update. Support the founder and senior leadership on high‐priority strategic and operational projects, from framing the problem to delivering the output.
Conduct research and analysis — market landscapes, competitor benchmarking, performance deep‐dives — and turn raw data into clear, decision‐ready insights.
Help prepare materials for internal and external audiences: team updates, investor‐ready decks, board summaries, and cross‐functional briefings.
Track key business metrics and contribute to regular reporting cycles, flagging anomalies and surfacing patterns that matter.
Coordinate across teams to move cross‐functional projects forward, managing timelines, follow‐ups, a
