Come Store Manager del PdV Liu Jo presso il Cc "I Portali" (San Giovanni la Punta, Catania) avrai le seguenti responsabilità:
ti occuperai della selezione e della gestione del tuo team;
animerai e svilupperai le competenze del tuo team di vendita;
assicurerai sempre che le linee guida del visual merchandising siano rispettate secondo le indicazioni dell'HQ;
sarà il garante dell'ottimizzazione dei KPI per il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e di fatturato.
solida sperienza maturata per brand di abbigliamento premium, riconosciuti per la qualità del prodotto e per la vendita assistita;
capacità di gestione del team e forte spirito di squadra;
buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
