You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences across your district. The role combines strategic performance management with hands‑on coaching, store visits, talent development, and execution. You will use data and business insights to identify opportunities, address underperformance, and translate priorities into clear actions for Store Managers. You will also act as a key link between field teams and central functions, ensuring brand strategies and initiatives are executed consistently.
