Administrative Assistant – Torino
Dumarey Automotive Italia is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Torino site, supporting Directors and Teams in different Business Functions.

What you’ll do
Provide administrative support to Directors and teams: agenda management, meeting coordination, preparation of materials, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Organize business travel and manage expense reimbursements according to company procedures
Support payroll-related administrative workflows and expense reporting
Act as backup to the Executive Assistant, ensuring continuity during absences or peak periods
Contribute to a variety of cross-functional projects — from institutional reporting and HR support initiatives to internal events — bringing structure and reliability wherever needed
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, International Relations or a related field (preferred)
At least 6 years of experience in a similar administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent English (spoken and written); Italian is a plus
Excellent planning, multitasking and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned activities and follow them through to completion, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
