- The EU PE team is a group of operational leaders driving process standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network.
- EUPE is divided in two teams covering execution implementation (EUPE Execution), and the dedicated process SMEs (EUPE NET).
- EUPE NET establishes best in class process performance across all different direct, indirect processes and flow management.
- EUPE NET also helps to accelerate implementation of technological advancements and strengthen the technical acumen and process knowledge for the operational leaders across the FC network.
- EUPE NET ensures that operations teams are equipped with the functional expertise to successfully deliver network wide process improvements, as long as design E2E flow management standards in both planning and execution.
