As Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will shape the direction of the business across Northern Italy, develop an experienced sales team, and create the structure and culture needed to deliver sustainable growth and stronger customer partnerships.

What you will do
Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team, setting clear performance expectations and building an inclusive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.
Own regional sales performance, forecasting, pipeline development, budget management, and execution against annual commercial targets.
Develop and execute regional business plans that strengthen existing accounts, accelerate new customer acquisition, and deliver sustainable market growth.
Build strategic relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, hospital decision-makers, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders across Northern Italy.
Manage a complex commercial model combining direct sales teams with indirect channels, including agents and distributors.
Analyse sales, pipeline, customer, and market data to identify performance gaps, prioritise opportunities, and implement targeted improvement plans.
Partner across commercial and operational functions to improve the customer experience throughout the full sales and order fulfilment process.
Drive organisational change, share best practices across the leadership team, and introduce scalable ways of working that improve regional and team performance.
What you will need
Required qualifications
Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience , including significant experience in commercial, sales, or business leadership roles.
Demonstrated professional experience directly managing and developing sales teams with accountability for commercial targets.
