About This Vacancy
You will be involved in the design and development of software applications, from requirements analysis to deployment in production environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions and continuously improve system performance and reliability.
What We Expect From You
- M. sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education
- 1–3 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C#)
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Fluency in English and Italian
What You Can Expect From Us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €31,000,
in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services. TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance.
