Are you an experienced Channel Leader with a strong track record of driving growth through partners and distribution, and a deep understanding of enterprise indirect sales?
The role requires broad exposure to partner-led sales models, a strong understanding of distribution dynamics, and the ability to build and execute joint growth strategies with key partners, distributors, system integrators, and resellers. Success will depend on developing strong relationships, identifying new opportunities,
and maximizing the impact of Mitel’s channel ecosystem.
Drive partners’ performance according to the new Partner program requirements
Weekly reporting about the channel business
Work with marketing to identify initiatives and campaigns on a quarterly basis
10-15 experience in channel management
~ located in Italy Milan or Rome and willing to travel across the Italian territory to visit partners
~ native Italian and fluent in English
~ specific experience in UC and CX
~ solid recognition in the Italian reseller’s ecosystem
specific experience with major Italian Distributors
