The Pricing Specialist actively shapes pricing decisions across the entire product lifecycle—from collection set-up to market launch and post-launch performance analysis. Working closely with Collection Merchandising, Retail Merchandising, and cross-functional stakeholders, they combine analytical rigor with business acumen to support strategic decision-making, refine pricing processes, and drive the Maison’s long-term profitability.
Coordinate and execute the end-to-end pricing process across the entire product catalog, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Strategic Pricing Analysis: Analyze pricing performance and deliver actionable recommendations to guide collection pricing and overall business strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Collection and Retail Merchandising, Finance, and regional teams to prepare analytical reports and presentations for key pricing decisions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor pricing effectiveness post-launch, identifying optimization opportunities driven by market dynamics and business performance.
Help evolve pricing methodologies, tools, and processes, with a specific focus on international pricing architecture and currency positioning.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong internal relationships to ensure seamless collaboration, clear communication, and cross-functional alignment.
Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Strong IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (in particular, expert-level Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential).
Proficiency in Power BI and Business Objects is required.
Knowledge of SAP and pricing systems is considered a strong plus.
Language: Fluent English, both spoken and written
