Location: Remote U. Full-Time | OTE: $70,000-$90,000 | Apply at Help us turn renewals into relationships that last. At B2 Gnow, we believe a renewal is more than a contract date, it's an opportunity to strengthen partnerships, uncover value, and help our customers continue to succeed. We're looking for a Renewals Specialist who is organized, commercially minded, curious, and passionate about creating a great customer experience. In this role, you'll own the renewal process from planning through completion, working closely with Customer Success and Growth teams to retain customers, identify opportunities, and support our revenue goals. Own and support the full B2 Gnow subscription renewal process, including license management, documentation, stakeholder coordination, timelines, commercial negotiations, price increases, RFPs, invoice authorizations, and risk management. Partner closely with Customer Success Managers and Growth Managers to achieve Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) goals.
Monitor customer consumption and product usage against contractual entitlements to identify opportunities for expansion and additional value. Connect customers with Growth Managers when additional products, services, or licenses may vantaggi their organization. Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce data so our teams have the information they need to make informed decisions. Support customers across multiple B2 Gnow solutions as needed.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the renewal process. Travel to corporate locations approximately one to two times per year, as needed. Take ownership of additional projects and responsibilities that support the team and company.
