There is no immediate vacancy, but we are building a pool for future opportunitiesWe are looking for an Account Manager to join our LSEG Customer Connect Sales team to.
The role is located in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers with a strong focus on revenue retention and growth.
You will develop and execute account strategies to maintain existing revenue while identifying new business opportunities, primarily through remote engagement (calls, email, and digital tools).The role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual with strong commercial drive and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow revenue from an existing portfolio of accountsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships,Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growthDevelop and execute account plans focused on retention and expansionMaintain regular client engagement with high responsivenessCollaborate with internal teams to deliver the best client outcomesTrack client activity and pipeline in internal systemsProvide accurate forecasting and market feedbackSkills & Experience: Strong business and commercial mindsetFluent in English; additional European language (French, Italian or Spanish) preferredProven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales outcomesStrong communication, negotiation and influencing skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-orientedAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and customer focusCareer Stage: Senior AssociateCompensation Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits.
