Working at the intersection of Customer Marketing, CRM, Commercial Planning, and Global Gaming, you will connect strategy and execution, bringing together people, processes, data,
and technology to deliver high‐performing campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Casino Customer Marketing Strategy & Campaign Orchestration You will lead the planning and activation of Casino promotional campaigns, translating commercial priorities into compelling customer engagement initiatives.
Acting as the key connector between Carnival Global Gaming and Costa's commercial and marketing functions, you will ensure that campaigns, offers, targeting strategies, and customer journeys are aligned, commercially effective, and ready for execution. Customer Segmentation, Offer Governance & Customer Value Creation You will define audience and engagement strategies leveraging customer insights, behavioral data, and CRM capabilities.
You will oversee the governance of promotional mechanics, discounts, vouchers, and campaign eligibility criteria, ensuring every initiative delivers relevant custo
