Within the Core IT System Unit of Generali Asset Management, the Platform Development IT team is in charge of providing business analysis,
solution design and application management services to all A&WM; Companies and Group entities using SimCorp Dimension (as portfolio management system), and other Pre and Post Trade Platforms granting the development and maintenance of these systems in a consistent way across all stakeholders.
This role is pivotal in defining, designing, and coordinating Front-to-Back change initiatives, primarily (but not exclusively) on SimCorp Dimension, ensuring alignment with business needs, organizational standards, and strategic objectives. The role combines solution design, business analysis, and project coordination responsibilities, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of changes from requirements gathering and solution definition through implementation, testing, and production rollout.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions that support portfolio management, pre- and post-trade workflows, and middle-to-back-office operations.
