About the Role: To provide exceptional customer service based on the company’s mission and vision, quality policy and product knowledge to ensure the highest level of satisfaction, including processing orders accurately and timely, replenishing stock based on incoming orders, complaint resolution and coordinating and verifying shipping of packages and the return of units in line with the Terms and Conditions.
