This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior CRM Manager (Monetisation) based in Italy.

As a Senior CRM Manager, you’ll take ownership of CRM-led monetization initiatives designed to accelerate revenue and strengthen customer lifetime value. You’ll combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution across the full customer lifecycle. Your work will span acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and win-back journeys, supported by rigorous experimentation and data analysis. You’ll play a key role in building scalable CRM processes, optimizing campaign performance, and ensuring reliable technical execution. Close collaboration with Growth, Analytics, Design, and Engineering teams will allow you to connect CRM strategy with broader product and business goals. Accountabilities
- Lead and execute CRM monetization initiatives and campaigns,



taking ownership of projects designed to generate measurable revenue growth.
- Design, optimize, and manage customer lifecycle journeys across acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and win-back stages.
- Take a hands-on approach to CRM operations, independently managing high volumes of campaigns and ensuring accurate, timely, and seamless execution.
- Develop sophisticated audience segmentation and communication strategies, continuously testing and refining approaches based on performance.
- Build and maintain a robust A/B testing framework to evaluate hypotheses, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and analyze campaign results to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage the technical CRM setup, including campaign automation, workflow configuration, integrations, and deliverability optimization.
