Job Description
- Hands‑On Global Sourcing Responsibilities Lead sourcing programmes
- Team Leadership & Development
- Stakeholder Demand Management & Prioritization
- Performance Management & Reporting
- Processes and tools development
Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in sourcing or strategic procurement, team leadership, international experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement,
Engineering or similar
- Fluent English, other languages will be considered as a plus
- Category management methodologies, supplier and contract management
- Player-coach leadership style with strategic thinking combined with strong analytical and negotiation skills

Compensation
•Basic wage component (gross): 70000 euros per year
•This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
