In this role you will support the Senior Management on administrative tasks related to Architecture, IAM and related domains.
What you will do :
- Collaboration with different teams across the organization like AZ Technology, Compliance, Legal,
and Service Owners
- Understand the organization's ecosystem and its interdependencie
- Collect, organize, and synthesize inputs from various stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of information
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and priorities
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, summaries, and follow-up action items, ensuring clarity and accountability
- Provide administrative support for projects, including tracking progress and coordinating inputs from team members
- Develop and deliver effective training materials and workshops to educate end-users on functionalities and best practices
