The Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for defining, coordinating and executing all marketing, communication, media relations and stakeholder engagement activities aimed at promoting the organization's events, products, services and brands.
The role ensures the development of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer acquisition and retention, support commercial objectives, and enhance the overall customer experience.
The position oversees the creation and implementation of advertising and marketing communication materials through creative design and content development, ensuring a consistent and effective representation of the organization, its products and services across all channels and audiences. Communication activities are designed to create awareness, generate engagement, influence customer preference and support business growth.
